Chad - Well, the guy is rugged and handsome, in a Chris Isaak sort of way. He was our first subject.

photo#photo_1512

Marvin - It’s all in the shirt.

photo#photo_1513

Simon, Samuel and Sakarias - Swedish cowboys in Texas? Luckily their English was much better than our Swedish.

photo#photo_1510

Mike - There were lots of bikers who stopped but the Christian Biker jacket appealed to us.

Mike - Michele asked him to take off his shirt to see his tattoo. Probably better than me asking… looks like he could kill you. Easily.

photo#photo_1516

Amand - The only woman with a dress that we saw the whole time. Pretty too.

photo#photo_1509

Jim - Great character face, suspenders and a straw hat. He wanted to make sure his hand could stay in his pocket where his gun was… we didn’t argue.

photo#photo_1520

Corynne and Larry - Just two happy kids, plus they were willing to climb on the cars.

photo#photo_1519

Josetin and Par - We love it when people are willing to go the extra mile. Good sports and a great memento for their trip to Vegas to really get married.

photo#photo_1511

Pamela - She turned out to be a pretty fun grandma. Here playing showdown at noon.

photo#photo_1515

Kevin and Devin - Identical twins. Don’t need to say anymore than that - other than they had a really hard time standing still for us.

photo#photo_1517

Jim - Quit taking photos after this guy.  With Route 66 tattooed all over with the Cadillac Ranch highlighted on his back…..can’t beat it. What a great way to end!

Love the calendar. We were with my Dad (Mr. February) when you were taking these photos! What a cool idea. We love it. Please do send us a calendar – less us know what we owe you!
 Thanks!

This inspired me to spray paint my mums car….. I don’t think she liked me very much after that.

You guys are top notch! Thanks for making people like me remember that BOLD is BETTER.

oh my guys…I wanna that calendar, send me please!!

Hi, Jim Bush just brought me a copy of your calendar of Cadillac Rance. So neat that he is your December image. We are the Route 66 Visitor’s Center attached to the Joliet Area Historical Museum in Joliet, Illinois and our Museum shop sells Route 66 items. Would you be able to wholesale me about 12 copies of your calendar that I could sell in the shop???
Let me know what you need from us, credit refs., etc.
Thank you, Elaine Stonich, Museum Shop Manager. Joliet Area Historical Museum. 204 N. Ottawa St.

Hey guy’s, how have you been? Everything is great here in Chicago-the beginning of Route 66! I wanted to tell you that my Route 66 tattoo project is still picking up steam and continues to take on a life of it’s own! The requests for copies of your calander has been crazy. Your style of photography and the vivid colors are over the top. I have long since run out of calenders as I guess I have more family and friends than I realized. I know Elaine, the Manager of the Route 66 Museum just south of Chicago has requested a handfull to sell them for resale. Don’t know how that will work, but is it possible for me to get another supply to satisfy the requests I am getting? As in the past, I will incur any expenses if necessary. Thanks once again for showcasing my expression of Route 66 and the incredible talent of Larry Brogan, the artist who created this masterpiece.
